Workplace Policy and Practices in Response to COVID-19:
Face Mask / Face Coverings
At the Recommendation of the (CDC) employees are encouraged to bring face mask / face coverings. I2Tech also provides face mask / face coverings onsite for those who do not have one. This measure is to help in aiding the physical distancing guidelines.
Temperature Screening
To aid in the prevention Covid-19 related illnesses, temperature screening is available to employees upon entering the facility and throughout the day.
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
I2tech has provided cleaning products along with sanitizing containers for tools and table tops. Hand washing stations, and antimicrobial silicone covers have been placed throughout the facility to help in maintaining a clean workplace.
Staggered shift to lower onsite employee contact
A modified employee schedule reduces the amount of onsite employees at one time, while maintaining a full time employment schedule.
Altered Work Floor Plan
I2tech has incorporated an altered floor plan to reduce the amount of employees in a given area. Separate entry and exit points have been placed to minimize crowding, allowing physical distancing guideline measures to be followed.
Telecommuting to reduce onsite contact
I2Tech has incorporated work from home to manage employee contact and maintain a productive, reliable facility.
