After delivery of a system, i2Tech is committed to providing customer support for the client until the task is completed. We assist with the integration of our system and accommodate clients with any necessary changes to adjust for unforeseen circumstances. We also work with our partners to provide testing support for systems that need to meet particular environmental requirements such as high altitude testing and maritime environment testing. Upholding our client’s expectations and goals are a priority for us.
Advance Concept Design and Rapid Prototyping
i2Tech specializes in the expedited design and development of prototype systems with a 6 to 9 month turnaround from concept to field operation. We have supported many different branches of the US Military from SOCOM, Rapid Equipping Force, ARMY, NAV-SEA, and Crane to name a few.
Field Maintenance, Training, and Support
i2Tech also offers training classes for System Operators as well as Field Support and Repair (FSR) technicians. System Operators are given detailed notes on system operations as well as hands-on experience with training systems. FSR technicians are given a full training course on periodic maintenance as well as field serviceable repair to ensure uninterrupted field operations.
